B)    You have to notify us At the time of delivery or within 36 hours after receiving the Products from the delivery man

We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all Products sold on Beautyliven.com Branded and brand new. In case the Products you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', you can return it within 7 days and we will solve your problem within next 7 days (Outside Dhaka 14  days), after receiving your notification. You can have Replacement or Refund.

5. product that have been worn or washed

Refund policy:



A) If you had paid through credit card / debit card or Mobile Banking , then we refund to  same account which will take 7-14 working days.( credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

 

B) If you had paid through COD, we will issue the cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.

 

C) Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if you cancel the order.

 

D) If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case you cancel the order.
